Privacy
What is recorded
- The page visited and the referring site.
- Coarse location derived from your IP address — country, region, and city. The IP address itself is not stored (see below), but the city it resolves to is.
- Browser, operating system, device type, screen size, and language.
- Five events marking demo engagement: starting a chat, sending a first message, starting a voice call, opening a case, and running an assessment.
What is not
- No cookies. Nothing is stored on your device — the tracking code sets no identifiers in your browser.
- No IP addresses are stored. Visits are counted using a hash of IP address and browser, salted with the current calendar month. The hash is not reversible, and it changes at the start of each month, so visits are not linked across months.
- No conversation content, session identifiers, or case identifiers ever reach the analytics database.
Retention
Analytics records are deleted after 12 months.
